  • Сметана — 2 ст.л
  • Вода — 1 склянка
  • Масло вершкове “Elikatni Products” — 100 г
  • Твердий сир — 100 г
  • Кріп — 20 г
Method of preparation
  • step 1 На розколеній пательні змащеній вершковим маслом підсмажуємо пельмені «Інь-Янь»
  • step 2 Додаємо сметану та заливаємо водою.
  • step 3 Додаємо спеції і тушкуємо під накритою кришкою 5 хв
  • step 4 Перемішуємо, додаємо тертий сир та кріп і тушкуємо ще 5 хвилин.
