Meat, flour, vegetables, and cheese — all compliant with state standards — are supplied to us by small local farms. Deliveries arrive daily, so you can be sure that everything is prepared for you using only the freshest and most wholesome ingredients!
Thorough inspection of incoming raw materials
Well-being begins with safety — and for frozen products, this is of paramount importance. No matter how confident we are in our suppliers, every batch of raw materials delivered to us undergoes thorough inspection.
Our modernized in-house laboratory allows us to efficiently and quickly monitor the physical, chemical, and microbiological indicators of products for compliance with state regulatory standards. We also perform analysis according to the HACCP system.
Shock freezing technology
Our dishes do not require preservatives or flavor enhancers, because we use blast freezing, which helps preserve the original qualities of fresh products in the best possible way.
This technology works lightning-fast — and the water contained in meat, fish, vegetables, and fruits does not have time to form large ice crystals that would damage their structure. As a result, the taste, nutritional value, and shape of the fresh product remain unchanged, even after cooking.
